What to check before you bid

Kosovo is outside the EU and outside the customs union, so a vehicle bought here and taken into the Union is a full import. Vehicles previously seized by authorities can be re-registered in Kosovo on the strength of the court or prosecution decision and the customs bill of sale — check which documents come with a lot before bidding.
