It is one of the platforms accredited to conduct those sales under the ministerial rules, and it publishes its certifications and its declaration under article 10 of DM 32/2015 — the decree that governs telematic judicial sales in Italy.

How the bidding works

The platform documents the process more thoroughly than most: what telematic auctions are, the sale methods, how to take part, how to watch a sale, the general conditions of participation and the governing legislation, each on its own page. There is a virtual auction room (sala aste telematiche), and the company sells the supporting infrastructure Italian bidders need — digital signature and certified PEC mail — alongside the sales.

What to check before you bid

Read the "come partecipare" and "condizioni generali" pages before your first sale rather than after: Italian telematic bidding requires a digital identity, a PEC address and a deposit lodged to a deadline, and none of that can be arranged on the day. Separate logins exist for ordinary users and for magistrates and professionals. The site is in Italian.
