How the bidding works

You choose a portfolio first, then filter by property type and by district — Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos or Famagusta. Sales run through the Cypriot E-Auctions platform, and the site publishes its own "how to" guidance for bidders alongside the listings.

What to check before you bid

Cypriot e-auctions require registration and a deposit — commonly at least 10% of the reserve price — lodged several working days before the auction date, so the timetable starts well before the sale. As with any distressed Cypriot property, the title position is the thing to establish first. The site runs in English and Greek.
