Astagiudiziaria.com

Astagiudiziaria.com is the shared portal of the Istituti Vendite Giudiziarie — the bodies appointed to carry out judicial sales for Italian court districts. Rather than covering one territory, it aggregates the participating institutes under a ministerial multi-territorial concession, registered on the Ministry of Justice list since 2018. For a buyer that means one search across several districts instead of visiting each institute's own site.

What you can buy

• Property bulletins (bollettini immobiliari): residential, commercial and industrial real estate from enforcement and insolvency.
• Movable bulletins (bollettini mobiliari): vehicles, machinery, equipment and business assets.
• Court-specific sales: including tenders published for individual courts of appeal.

How the bidding works

The portal publishes its sales as periodic bulletins split between property and movables, alongside a guide and a results section (aggiudicazioni) showing what lots achieved. There is a reserved area for registered users and a separate access route for ministry-registered professionals. Because the institutes remain the operators, the sale itself runs under the procedure of the court that ordered it.

What to check before you bid

An aggregating portal shows you more, but the binding documents still sit with the individual case: the court expert's report and the sale order define condition, occupancy, deposit and deadlines. Check which institute and which court a lot belongs to, because participation formalities differ between districts. The results archive is worth using — in a market where opening prices are statutory rather than market-based, past hammer prices tell you far more about value.
