They set the opening price, the deposit, the payment deadline and whether the property is occupied — and on Italian judicial property, occupancy is usually the question that decides whether the price was good. Telematic bidding normally requires certified email (PEC) and a digital signature, both of which take days to arrange. The site is Italian-language.
