Dawro

Dawro is a Polish auction house — trading as Dom Aukcyjny Mariola Nosko — that combines two streams most Polish sites keep apart: off-lease vehicle auctions on one hand, and the sale notices of court bailiffs (komornicy) and insolvency administrators (syndycy) on the other. For a buyer that means one place to watch for both the predictable, well-documented ex-leasing stock and the less predictable enforcement lots.

What you can buy

How the bidding works

The site carries both auctions (licytacje) and classified notices (ogłoszenia), and they are not the same thing: an auction is a competitive sale run to a deadline, while a notice advertises an asset whose sale procedure belongs to the bailiff or administrator named in it. Check which one you are looking at before planning around it. An account is needed to take part.

What to check before you bid

For enforcement lots, the binding document is the notice issued by the bailiff or administrator, including the deposit (wadium) and the deadline — Polish enforcement deadlines are short and strictly applied. Off-lease vehicles are usually better documented, but confirm what service history comes with the car and whether the price quoted is net or gross, since business-to-business listings in Poland are routinely quoted without VAT.
