Faillissementsdossier is the Dutch bankruptcy register in commercial form — a searchable record of insolvencies — and its auction section is the useful by-product. Because the site already tracks which companies have failed, it can also track what is being sold out of them, pulling the resulting sales into one list regardless of which auctioneer is running them.
What you can buy
- Machinery — the largest category, with hundreds of sales listed at a time.
- Internal transport and warehouse equipment, forklifts and access platforms.
- Construction and roadbuilding plant.
- Catering and production kitchen equipment.
- Tools, including home-delivery lots.
- Surplus stock from businesses closing or moving.
How the bidding works
This is an index, not a bidding floor. Each entry names the town and the auctioneer running it — Troostwijk Auctions and Vavato dominate, but others appear — plus the closing time, often several sales on the same day at 10:00, 14:00 and 19:00. You click through to the auctioneer's own platform to register and bid. A free account gives you alerts.
What to check before you bid
Because the sales belong to other operators, the terms, the buyer's premium and the collection window are theirs, not this site's — read them on the platform you end up on. The value here is coverage: sales from several auctioneers in one place, sorted by category and closing time. The site is in Dutch.
