How the bidding works

Registration is free and required before bidding. A weekly newsletter carries what is coming up, and sellers can consign through the site. Because the instructing parties are trustees and bailiffs, sales appear when an estate is realised rather than on a fixed calendar — the WeekendVeiling is the exception that runs regardless.

What to check before you bid

Goods from bankruptcies and seizures are sold as they stand, and the trustee's warranty is limited to what the appointment allows. Collection is from the address given with the sale, within a short window. The general conditions (algemene voorwaarden) and the FAQ are both published; read the conditions before your first bid. The site is in Dutch with a Google Translate bar.
