ROPK — Register of State Property on Offer
- Official notice board
- Access not confirmed

ROPK is the Slovak state's official register of public property being offered for disposal. It is a notice board rather than a bidding platform, and that distinction matters: the register publishes what is available and who administers it, while the sale itself runs under the procedure of the administering body.
What you can find here
- Buildings and non-residential premises.
- Land and plots.
- Flats.
- Movable state property, in a separate section from real estate.
How it works
Search is by offer type — sale or lease — by kind of asset, and by district and town, covering the whole country from Bratislava to the eastern okresy. Each entry names the administering body and the terms of the offer. Registration on the site is for administrators publishing offers and for parties responding to them; the register itself is public and readable without an account.
What to check before you commit
This is the publication step, not the transaction: the deadline, the required form of a bid and the deposit are set by the administering body in the individual notice, and they differ between offers. Distinguish sale from lease before spending time on an entry, as both sit in the same list. State property is offered as it stands, and the legal state of a plot — access, encumbrances, planning status — is your responsibility to verify against the cadastre.
