SyndykAukcje.pl
- Open to private buyers

SyndykAukcje.pl is a Polish marketplace for assets coming out of insolvency and enforcement — the sales run by court-appointed administrators (syndycy) and bailiffs (komornicy). It publishes their notices in one searchable place, with a map view and a weekly digest of new offers, and has added its own auction module alongside the classified-style listings. One thing the site states plainly and buyers should note: you do not have to be an administrator to post here. Many offers do come from formal insolvency and enforcement proceedings, but the platform is open to any seller, so the legal basis varies from listing to listing.
What you can buy
- Whole businesses: a dedicated section for enterprises sold as going concerns out of insolvency proceedings.
- Real estate: flats, houses, commercial premises and land, filtered by location, radius and property features.
- Vehicles: cars and commercial vehicles, searchable by make, model, year and mileage.
- Equipment and machinery: plant and business assets released when a company is wound down.
How the bidding works
Anyone can buy — the site confirms private individuals are welcome and you need be neither a company nor an investor. Two different mechanisms sit side by side, and they are not the same thing. An auction (aukcja) is an open competitive sale on the platform. A tender (przetarg) is the traditional insolvency route: bidders submit sealed offers in envelopes by a deadline the administrator sets, and the envelopes are opened publicly, with bidders entitled to attend. An administrator may also sell privately (z wolnej ręki) without any contest at all. Read which of the three a given listing is before planning around it.
What to check before you bid
Because posting is open to everyone, treat the seller's status as something to verify rather than assume: check whether the notice names a case number, a court and an administrator, and cross-check against the official Polish insolvency register when the amount justifies it. Terms, deposits and deadlines are set by whoever is running the individual sale, not by the platform, and they are usually strict in insolvency — short payment windows and no warranty. Everything is in Polish. Customer support is on +48 577 496 200 or 22 250 85 55, Monday to Thursday between 10:00 and 18:00, and by email at kontakt@syndykaukcje.pl.
