Ziegler Treuhand

Ziegler Treuhand runs online auctions and online insolvency auctions from Enscheder Straße in Gronau, on the Dutch border in Westphalia. Its listings are organised by project number and location, and each states its collection appointment precisely — a sale in Beckum, for instance, with pickup on a named Wednesday between 09:00 and 11:00. That specificity is the useful part: you know before bidding exactly what collecting will involve.

What you can buy

• Construction site equipment: formwork beams, props and shoring systems in bulk lots.
• Containers: material and office containers, a recurring category.
• Compaction and site tools: vibratory rammers and similar plant.
• Business assets: the remaining contents of insolvent companies.

How the bidding works

Sales are listed with a project number, the town, the auction type — ordinary online auction or online insolvency auction — and the collection window. Vehicles and machines can be listed by sellers quickly, which the house advertises as a one-minute process. Register to bid.

What to check before you bid

Take the collection window literally. A two-hour pickup slot on a stated morning is not a suggestion, and on an insolvency site the administrator's deadline sits behind it. Bulk lots of formwork and props are sold by quantity and condition varies within the lot. Gronau sits on the border, so Dutch buyers are a natural market — and for them the intra-EU VAT rules apply against a valid VAT number. Contact is +49 2562 70106-0.
