Perlick Industrieauktionen

Perlick Industrieauktionen operates from Holzweg in Oberursel, just north of Frankfurt, and runs three distinct kinds of sale: full industrial auctions clearing a site, single-lot auctions (Einzelauktionen) for individual high-value assets, and property disposals. Alongside them sits a services and valuation practice, which is the usual pairing in this market.
What you can buy
- Industrial machinery: production and workshop equipment from clearances.
- Single high-value lots: individual machines sold in their own auction rather than as part of a catalogue.
- Property (Immobilien): real estate handled as a separate stream.
- Handling and office equipment: the supporting assets of a business.
How the bidding works
Register as a bidder (Bieteranmeldung) before taking part. The house maintains a customer centre and a download area alongside its published conditions (Bedingungen), and a single-lot auction runs differently from a site clearance — read which format a listing belongs to. References and a blog are published separately.
What to check before you bid
Single-lot auctions concentrate risk: one machine, one price, and no other lots to average out a mistake, so the inspection matters proportionally more. Property lots run under their own terms entirely. For clearance lots the usual German rules apply — as-is, removal within a fixed window, dismantling at your cost.
