Auktionen Schwarzfischer
- Trade buyers only

Auktionen Schwarzfischer runs insolvency auctions and direct sales in Bavaria, and its catalogue structure tells you how the business works. When we checked, the live sections held a handful of property lots and eleven immediate-purchase items — but 378 entries sat under Vorankündigung, the pre-announcement queue. That is the pipeline: assets identified and catalogued long before the auction opens.
What you can buy
- Industrial and workshop equipment: the main stream, from insolvency estates.
- Property (Immobilien): a separate section for real estate from the same proceedings.
- Immediate purchase (Sofortkauf): fixed-price lots you buy without bidding.
- Vehicles: appearing as clearances produce them.
How the bidding works
Three channels run side by side and they are not the same thing. Versteigerung is a competitive auction. Sofortkauf is a fixed price — you buy, you do not bid. Freiverkauf is a negotiated direct sale. The pre-announcement section is where most of the volume sits, so the practical way to use this site is to watch that queue rather than only the live auctions. Registration is required, and the interface is available in German and English.
What to check before you bid
A pre-announced lot is not yet for sale and its terms are not yet fixed — treat the queue as a watchlist, not a catalogue. For property lots, insolvency sales carry their own encumbrance and occupancy questions that the auction listing will not answer; ask for the underlying documents. Everything else follows standard German insolvency terms: as-is, no warranty, and removal from the debtor's premises on a deadline you do not control.
