ActCon runs Spanish insolvency disposals and splits its catalogue into four kinds of auction — concursales (insolvency), particulares (private), promocionales and benéficas (charity) — plus a separate direct-sales channel and a section for whole production units. That four-way split is unusual and it matters, because the rules differ between them.

What you can buy

How the bidding works

Each lot shows its status (abierta for open), the number of assets in it, and a closing date and time down to the minute. Alongside the auctions run straight sales at a price. The company publishes its fee schedule and an explanation of how the process works, and offers to walk buyers through it by phone — which for a Spanish insolvency purchase is more useful than it sounds.

What to check before you bid

An insolvency lot is sold under the administrator's court-approved plan; a private or promotional lot is not, and the protections differ. Check which channel you are in. For property, the nota simple from the land registry is the document that tells you what charges and occupancy come with it. The site is in Spanish.
