IAG Auction is built around a specific gap in the Spanish insolvency market: liquidating the assets of micro-enterprises, sole traders and individuals, where the estate is too small for a traditional process to be worth running. Its clients are the professionals on the other side — courts, insolvency administrators, financial institutions and creditors — and it also runs municipal disposals, including a large vehicle sale for the City of Madrid.

How the bidding works

Sales are organised as auctions and direct sales, browsable by asset class before registering. The platform maintains separate entry points for courts, administrators, financial institutions and creditors, which tells you where its instructions come from. A "VIP access" tier exists alongside ordinary registration.

What to check before you bid

Intangible assets and production units are the two categories where a bidder can most easily misjudge what they are buying — a trademark carries obligations, and a production unit can carry employment liabilities. Read the lot documentation rather than the summary. The site runs in Spanish and English.
