Gobid.es — homepage

Gobid.es is the Spanish arm of the Gobid group, running online auctions of industrial assets and insolvency stock. Its distinguishing feature is the scale of what it will sell as a single lot: alongside individual machines it auctions complete productive units through the commercial courts — when we checked, one open sale was an entire last-mile electric vehicle manufacturer offered as a going concern by the commercial section of the court, with 640 bids recorded against it.

What you can buy

  • Productive units and going concerns: whole businesses sold as operating entities out of insolvency proceedings.
  • Industrial machinery: machine tools, production equipment and plant from closures and restructurings.
  • Warehouse and logistics equipment: handling and storage kit that comes with a site clearance.
  • Vehicles and fleet assets: where they form part of the estate being realised.
  • Commercial premises and rights: the property and intangible elements attached to a business sale.

How the bidding works

Sales are numbered auctions (subastas) with their own reference, and each carries the procedure it belongs to — a court-driven sale names the court section running it. Register to bid. Because the group operates across several countries, the platform interface appears in a number of languages, but the lot documentation and the underlying legal process are Spanish.

What to check before you bid

Buying a productive unit is not buying a machine. A going-concern sale carries employment obligations, contracts, licences and liabilities whose treatment is determined by the insolvency procedure and by Spanish law, and the court's conditions define exactly what transfers and what does not. Read the sale conditions and take advice before bidding at that level. For ordinary machinery lots the usual industrial-auction rules apply: the equipment sits at the seller's premises, viewing and removal windows are fixed, and dismantling is your responsibility unless the sale says otherwise.
