Spanish insolvency administrators dispose of company assets under court supervision, and Concursales Online is the portal built around that flow. Its organising principle is the asset type — housing, plots, commercial units, industrial buildings, garages, machinery, whole production units — crossed with the province, which is how anyone buying property in Spain actually searches.

How the bidding works

Assets are searchable by type and by province — Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Alicante and the rest — with an account required to take part. The unidad productiva category is the distinctively Spanish one and it behaves differently from a lot sale: you are bidding for a going concern, with the obligations that come with it.
