Spanish insolvency administrators dispose of company assets under court supervision, and Concursales Online is the portal built around that flow. Its organising principle is the asset type — housing, plots, commercial units, industrial buildings, garages, machinery, whole production units — crossed with the province, which is how anyone buying property in Spain actually searches.
What you can buy
- Homes, buildings and commercial premises.
- Industrial units and warehouses (naves industriales).
- Plots and land.
- Machinery, tools and equipment.
- Vehicles, including commercial ones.
- Production units (unidad productiva) — a business sold as a working whole rather than broken up.
- Hotels and shopping centres, and rights and credits.
How the bidding works
Assets are searchable by type and by province — Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Málaga, Alicante and the rest — with an account required to take part. The unidad productiva category is the distinctively Spanish one and it behaves differently from a lot sale: you are bidding for a going concern, with the obligations that come with it.
What to check before you bid
Insolvency sales in Spain run under the administrator's plan approved by the court, and what transfers — charges, employment obligations on a production unit, occupancy on a dwelling — is set out per asset, not by a general rule. Read that document. The site is in Spanish.
