Viasubasta

Viasubasta auctions Spanish industrial assets, and its headline lots are whole facilities rather than individual machines. When we checked, the featured sale was a complete working winery in Logroño in La Rioja — 2,154 m² of buildings on a 26,890 m² plot, offered with no minimum price. That is the character of the platform: insolvency estates sold as coherent operating units where a buyer might restart the business rather than break it up.
What you can buy
- Complete facilities: production sites sold as a unit, with buildings, plot and installed plant.
- Industrial machinery: individual machines and lines from the same estates.
- Food and drink production: wineries and processing plant, a recurring Spanish category.
- Land and premises: the property element of an industrial estate.
How the bidding works
Two routes run in parallel: subastas, competitive auctions with a closing date, and venta directa, direct sale at a stated price. Finished auctions stay visible, which is useful for judging what this kind of asset actually makes. Register to take part. Some lots are flagged "sin tipo mínimo" — no minimum price — meaning they sell to the best offer whatever it is.
What to check before you bid
Buying a facility is not buying equipment. A winery comes with licences, environmental permissions, planning status and possibly employment and supply contracts, and which of those transfer depends on the insolvency procedure rather than on the listing. This needs advice before the bid. For machinery lots the standard rules apply: sold as they stand, at the seller's premises, with dismantling and transport at your cost.
