Auctionline is a Belgian platform for judicial auctions — sales conducted by court officers (gerechtsdeurwaarders) to satisfy debts. What distinguishes it from a commercial auction site is the transparency of the paperwork: every lot names the judicial officer responsible for the sale, states the town where the asset is, and identifies the item in full. A vehicle listing carries the chassis number, first registration date, fuel type and body style.

What you can buy

• Vehicles: the most common lot, seized from debtors and identified by VIN.
• Business equipment: machinery and inventory attached in enforcement.
• Office and general assets: whatever the officer has taken into custody.

How the bidding works

Each sale runs between a stated start and end date, sorted by closing date or by distance from you. Log in to bid. The named judicial officer is who the sale actually belongs to — the platform provides the mechanism, the officer holds the authority and the responsibility. The interface is available in English, French and Dutch, which for Belgium is the right set.

What to check before you bid

Enforcement sales transfer the debtor's position and nothing more, without warranty of any kind. The full identification on each lot is an advantage — a chassis number lets you check a vehicle's history independently before bidding, which is more than most auction listings allow. Do that. Collection is arranged with the officer named on the lot, at the location stated, and Belgian enforcement deadlines are short.
