AutoFiskus does one job and states it plainly: it stops you searching dozens of government sites for the same thing. The aggregator collects vehicle auction notices from the Polish revenue administration automatically — from the newer national eLicytacje KAS portal and from the separate sites of all sixteen voivodeships — and puts them in one list.

How the bidding works

The site is free to browse with a free account for alerts, and it says so explicitly — no hidden charges. Listings show the opening price, the year, the model and the voivodeship. It also carries bailiff (komornicze) sales alongside the tax ones. The auction itself happens with the authority that published the notice.

What to check before you bid

Cheap opening prices on tax-seized vehicles reflect the procedure, not the market — the deposit, the bidding steps and the payment deadline are set by administrative enforcement rules and are unforgiving. Check the notice for whether the vehicle can be inspected; many can only be viewed on one stated day. The site is in Polish and includes a guide for newcomers.
