Poleasingowe.pl is an online auction marketplace run by Poleasingowe.pl Sp. z o.o. from Komorniki near Wrocław, Poland. Stock comes from leasing and fleet-management companies — including the leasing arms of ING, PKO, Pekao, Millennium, Santander and BNP Paribas — and from corporates clearing end-of-contract, off-fleet and repossessed assets; the operator sells its own stock too. Around 1,200 lots are live at any time; the site has an English version.
What you can buy
- Passenger cars and vans: ex-fleet Ford Focus, Volvo V70, Peugeot 208 and Fiat Doblo type stock, model years from about 2003 to 2026, listed with plate number and mileage.
- Trucks, buses and trailers: Iveco, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo commercial vehicles, coaches, plus trailers and semi-trailers as separate categories.
- Construction machines: Komatsu, Bobcat, JCB, Caterpillar, Wacker Neuson, Yanmar and Sany excavators, loaders and compaction equipment.
- Agricultural machinery: tractors and farm implements, with a dedicated registration path for farm buyers.
- Industrial and workshop equipment: production and catering machinery, plus power tools from Bosch, Hilti, Makita and Festool.
- Medical devices and motorcycles: laboratory, diagnostic and aesthetic-clinic equipment off lease, plus bikes and mixed lots.
How the bidding works
Registration is open to Polish businesses, farms, private individuals and foreign customers; the business form asks for a VAT ID (NIP) and REGON, and the terms allow extra verification by e-mail, SMS code or a test transfer. Individuals can bid, but the FAQ says not every seller accepts consumers, so some lots are business-only. Five formats run here: manual auction, proxy-agent auction that bids up to your ceiling, package auctions selling several items as one lot, Buy It Now, and sealed quotation sales where offers stay confidential. The organiser may require a wadium (bid deposit); it is interest-free, counts towards the commission or price if you win, and is refunded within 14 days if you do not. Payment is by bank transfer only, and business buyers normally have one working day to pay. Collection is by appointment, Monday to Friday 09:00-16:30, at the Komorniki and Tarczyn yards, though individual lots sit elsewhere, at addresses such as Miękinia or Grójec.
What to check before you bid
On lots flagged "auction with commission" — most, but not all of them — the hammer price is not the final price: winners pay a commission on top, shown by a calculator on the auction page. Tax treatment follows the seller, not the platform, so some lots come with a full VAT invoice and others with a margin invoice or only a sale agreement, which matters if you plan to reclaim VAT abroad. The terms tell buyers to check the seller's bank account against the Polish VAT taxpayer register before transferring, assume you viewed the item in person, and exclude warranty claims for business buyers. Late collection costs business buyers PLN 30 a day for cars and motorcycles, PLN 50 for trucks and machinery. A defaulting business buyer forfeits 3% of the net bid, minimum PLN 1,000, or the deposit; a consumer faces a PLN 300 penalty. Registration requires a Polish mobile number, which is what activates the account, and the English version is only partial — the FAQ page is empty in English and many lot fields stay in Polish.
