e-Auction System (Central Registry of North Macedonia)

This is the electronic auction system of North Macedonia's Central Registry, and it is where trustees sell the assets of companies in bankruptcy (стечај). The catalogue is organised by the categories insolvency law recognises: an enterprise or part of one sold as an economic unit, land, buildings, machinery and plant, transport, stock, securities, industrial property, receivables and everything else.

What you can buy

• Machinery and plant — hydraulic presses, cutters, drilling equipment sold as numbered packages from a single estate.
• Stock — remaining inventory, from cable to fasteners.
• Buildings, including flats.
• Whole enterprises or self-contained economic units.

How the bidding works

Lots are grouped by the insolvent company they came from and numbered as packages, so a single estate produces a run of consecutive lots that go live within hours of each other. Each shows the seller (the company plus во стечај, "in bankruptcy"), the region, a starting price in denars and a countdown to the auction start. Regions are listed with counts, so you can see immediately where the activity is — usually Skopje.

What to check before you bid

Registration goes through the Central Registry's shared user system, which requires identity verification and is a heavier process than a commercial platform's signup — start it well before a sale you care about. Many lots open at 0.00 denars, which reflects how the trustee has structured the sale rather than the value. Everything is in Macedonian. Goods stay at the insolvent company's premises; collection is yours to arrange.
