Exleasingcar is a Lithuanian vehicle auction platform working the ex-lease and fleet end of the market, with several thousand cars online at a time across dozens of concurrent auctions. Its reach is the point: the interface runs in nineteen languages, from Albanian and Macedonian to Portuguese and Ukrainian, which is a fair description of where Baltic ex-lease stock actually goes. The site's own navigation also links through to BCA Baltics, so check which operator's terms apply to the lot you are looking at.
What you can buy
- Ex-lease and ex-fleet cars: the core stock, coming off contract.
- Light commercials: vans from the same fleets.
- Damaged vehicles: a separate stream for repairables.
- Electric and hybrid models from fleet renewals.
How the bidding works
Bidding uses an assistant the platform calls iBID: you set a minimum bid, which is the amount that goes in automatically if there is no competition or if rival bids have not reached it. Offers are confirmed on a screen that states the amount excluding VAT and requires you to accept the terms — read that screen carefully, because a price quoted net is not the price you pay.
What to check before you bid
The net-of-VAT quoting is the thing to get right: with cross-border sales inside the EU the reverse charge normally applies, but only against a VAT number validated before the purchase — as a private buyer or an unregistered business you will be paying more than the headline. Vehicles sit with the seller rather than at a central yard, so establish the location and the transport cost before bidding, and on damaged lots establish what documentation comes with the car.
