Hərrac.gov.az is the Azerbaijani state's auction portal and the first entry in this directory for the country. At the time of checking it carried just over a hundred properties in the current round, which is a working catalogue rather than a showcase — flats in Sumqayıt, a country house in Nardaran, a detached house in Bərdə with the land it stands on, a BMW, a Lada and a Hyundai excavator.
What you can buy
- Flats (mənzil) with floor, room count and square metres stated.
- Detached houses and country houses, sometimes with the plot included.
- Non-residential premises — offices and commercial units.
- Vehicles listed by registration plate, year and mileage.
- Plant and machinery, including excavators.
How the bidding works
Each lot shows a minimum sale price in manat rather than a hopeful estimate, the stage of the process (İlkin hərrac for a first auction, Təkrar hərrac for a repeat), and the date bidding opens. Lots that failed once come back as repeats, which is where the prices soften. The portal has a calendar view, a rules page for participants, and a filter set covering asset type, location, starting price and date range.
What to check before you bid
Everything is in Azerbaijani, and the catalogue is built for domestic buyers — the participation rules and deposit arrangements are set out on the site's own İştirak qaydaları page and are worth reading in full before registering. Property lots are described by address and floor plan data with photographs attached; there is no independent survey. For vehicles, the plate and mileage are given but condition is not.
