What to check before you bid

The valuation-plus-auction model means the expert report behind a lot exists, but it was written for the administrator, not for you — do not assume you will see it. Insolvency terms apply: sold as it stands, no warranty, and a removal deadline fixed by the administrator's arrangement with the landlord. Confirm which of the firm's locations a lot sits at before bidding, and budget for dismantling on anything installed. The site is German-language.
