IndustrieWert
- Trade buyers only

IndustrieWert GmbH is a German industrial auction house working from Dominikanerstraße 40 in Düsseldorf. Its business is the realisation side of insolvency and restructuring — inventorying what a company owns, valuing it, and then selling it through whichever channel fits. That is why the site offers three routes side by side rather than one.
What you can buy
- Production machinery: the core of most sales, from metalworking equipment to complete lines.
- Workshop and handling equipment: forklifts, workshop kit and warehouse fittings.
- Vehicles: company fleet and commercial vehicles included in a clearance.
- Office and operational assets: the remaining contents of the business.
How the bidding works
Online auctions (Online-Auktionen) are the main channel. Alongside them the firm runs Freiverkäufe — fixed-price direct sales for assets better sold without a contest — and Präsenz-Versteigerungen, traditional auctions held in the room, which still make sense when an entire plant is being cleared and buyers want to walk it. New customers register before bidding. The site publishes its terms (AGB), a downloads section, a glossary and an A-to-Z help guide, which is more supporting material than most German auction houses provide.
What to check before you bid
Read which of the three channels a listing belongs to, because the mechanics differ — a Freiverkauf is a purchase at the stated price, not a bid. Insolvency stock is sold without warranty and sits at the debtor's premises, so viewing dates and the removal deadline are the practical constraints; dismantling heavy machinery is the buyer's responsibility and its cost can exceed the hammer price. VAT treatment depends on whether the seller is the insolvency estate or the company itself, and the auction terms will say. Contact is office@industriewert.de or +49 211 561 592 0.
