How the bidding works

Sales are online auctions, assembled per client as individual realisation projects rather than run as a standing catalogue. Because the house does the appraisal itself, lots tend to come with better technical description than a general clearance sale offers — but the terms are set per auction, so read the conditions attached to the specific sale.

What to check before you bid

Industrial plant is sold as it stands and the removal is the buyer's project: dismantling, rigging and transport on a production machine routinely cost more than a first-time buyer expects. Austria is an EU member, so an intra-EU business purchase can be invoiced under reverse charge — but only against a VAT number validated before the sale. Confirm the site address and the removal deadline on the individual auction, since these are one-off clearances working to the landlord's timetable.
