How the bidding works

Lots are browsable without an account, with prices shown against each, and split into property, vehicles, machinery and other. Registration is required to bid. Alongside the auctions the site runs an ordinary classifieds section (Oglasi), so check which one a listing sits in before assuming there is a bidding clock.

What to check before you bid

Montenegrin coastal property is the reason most foreign buyers look here, and it is also where the risks concentrate: title, building permissions and any charges are matters for the cadastre rather than the listing.
