Liqwerk

Liqwerk runs online auctions and direct sales of assets from liquidations across Switzerland, operated by Fuchs Liquidationen GmbH from Rüeggisingerstrasse 98 in Emmen near Lucerne. It works across all sectors and from three different sources: voluntary company dissolutions, bankruptcy realisations carried out in cooperation with the cantonal bankruptcy and debt-enforcement offices, and residual-stock clearances for companies that simply need warehouse space back.
What you can buy
- Complete business inventories: the contents of firms closing down, sold as the liquidation progresses.
- Capital goods: production and workshop equipment released from insolvent or restructuring businesses.
- Consumer goods: stock from retail and wholesale, including residual lots and warehouse clearances.
- Office and hospitality fit-out: furniture, equipment and technology from closed premises.
How the bidding works
Register for an account to bid. Beyond ordinary timed auctions the platform offers direct sales and what it calls flexible auctions — formats adapted to a particular seller's timetable — so the same site carries both competitive and fixed-price stock. Your account area tracks bids, a bidding plan, a watchlist and the lots awarded to you. The site is German-language.
What to check before you bid
Two things matter with liquidation stock. First, where it is: lots normally sit at the premises being cleared rather than at Liqwerk's own address, and the removal window in a bankruptcy is set by the office running it, not by the auctioneer. Second, on what terms: goods from a bankruptcy realisation are sold without warranty, and the co-operating office's conditions apply to those lots. Switzerland sits outside the EU customs union, so factor customs clearance and import VAT into any cross-border purchase. Contact is info@liqwerk.ch or +41 44 552 72 25.
