Livo is one of the larger Georgian property portals, and this is its auction arm — a separate site rather than a tab, with its own bidding, countdowns and deposit structure. The lots run nationwide: a flat in Zestaponi, farmland in the Sagarejo and Marneuli districts, an apartment in Rustavi, a plot with a building in Kutaisi.
What you can buy
- Flats in Tbilisi, Rustavi, Zestaponi and other towns.
- Agricultural land, with and without buildings.
- Non-agricultural plots with buildings, in city centres.
How the bidding works
Every lot shows the current price in lari, a separate საგარანტიო — the guarantee deposit, typically around 10% of the price — a countdown, and the number of bids received. Finished lots stay visible with their outcome marked: შემდგარი where the auction completed, არ შემდგარი where it did not. Some lots are flagged as repeats (განმეორებითი), which is where an earlier round failed.
What to check before you bid
Bid counts vary wildly — some lots close with a single bid, others attract several hundred — so the published price on a quiet lot is not a market valuation. The guarantee deposit is payable before bidding and its treatment on a losing bid is set out in the site's terms. Everything is in Georgian. Agricultural land in Georgia carries ownership restrictions for foreign nationals; check your position before bidding rather than after.
