How the bidding works

The search is built the way Portuguese addresses work: district, then municipality, then parish, with a radius filter for "near me". You can sort by which auction ends first or last, by price or by base value. Clicking through takes you to the leiloeira running the sale, where registration and bidding happen under its terms.

What to check before you bid

The base value (valor base) and the current price are different numbers and the sort options treat them separately — know which you are looking at. Because sales belong to seventeen different operators, the deposit, the buyer's commission and the completion deadline all vary; the aggregator does not normalise them.
