Paterfamilia is a Portuguese leiloeira working both sides of the line its name draws: vendas judiciais, sales ordered by a court, and extrajudiciais, everything else. It publishes a code of ethics alongside its terms, which is not universal in this trade.

How the bidding works

What to check before you bid
