This is the electronic auction system of the Republic of Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs, and it sells one thing: vehicle registration plates in high demand. If you want a particular number on an Armenian car, this is the official channel through which the state allocates it, and the auction format is what decides who gets it. It is worth stating plainly, because the name suggests a general government auction site and it is not one.

How the bidding works
Bidding is entirely online through the ministry's platform — there is no saleroom and nothing physical to collect beyond the plate itself once the registration is completed.
