Romu.ee is run by AMJ Autoäri OÜ from a sales yard at Saku, just south of Tallinn, and it splits its catalogue into three plain categories: vehicle auctions, spare-part auctions and everything else. The vehicle side is mostly damaged and used cars — romu is Estonian for scrap — but the parts and general sections make it broader than a pure salvage yard.

How the bidding works
You register, then bid. On the selling side the company publishes its own commission — a maximum of 10%, falling as the vehicle gets more expensive — and offers an immediate outright purchase quote as an alternative to auctioning, plus transport to the yard. The physical site is open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
What to check before you bid
Damaged vehicles are sold as they stand and the description is the whole of what you are told, so the viewing at Saku matters more than the photographs. The site carries a standing notice that Estonian vehicle registration fees changed from January 2025 — worth reading before you budget for putting a salvage car back on the road.
