TEB SHA — Vehicles and Movable Assets

TEB is the Kosovo bank of the BNP Paribas group, and this page is where it disposes of what it recovers. The format is not an auction platform but a run of dated public documents — Ftesë për ofertë, invitations to tender — each numbered and published as a PDF, with the series running back several years and continuing into 2026.
What you can buy
- Vehicles recovered under finance agreements.
- Movable assets from business customers.
How the bidding works
Each invitation is a sealed-offer procedure: the document sets out what is being sold, how to inspect it, the deadline and how to submit an offer. There is no live bidding and no account — you read the PDF and respond to the bank by the stated date. Documents are in Albanian; the surrounding site runs in Albanian, English and Serbian.
What to check before you bid
A sealed-offer sale gives you one attempt, so the inspection and the valuation both have to happen before the deadline rather than during a sale. The published document is the whole of the terms — read it rather than assuming a house rule from another bank. Assets recovered by a bank are sold as they stand.
