How the bidding works

Notices are listed by date with the case reference — Causa Civile di Esecuzione and its number — and each links to the full notice as published. The volume is what you would expect from a microstate: a handful of notices a year rather than a rolling catalogue, with an archive alongside the current list. The court's own contact number is on the page.

What to check before you bid

San Marino is not in the European Union and its property and enforcement law is its own, not Italian. That affects who may buy, how title transfers and what taxes apply, and none of those questions have EU-wide answers here. The notices are in Italian and are the only authoritative source; anything about a specific lot has to come from the court itself.
