This is the Dutch Tax Administration's own website for public sales (executieverkopen) of goods seized for unpaid tax. It is the official channel rather than an intermediary, which makes it the authoritative source for this particular stream of Dutch state disposals — and it is also, by nature, an intermittent one.

How the bidding works

Auctions are announced individually with their own location and terms; there is no permanent catalogue. At the time of writing the site showed no auctions scheduled — which is normal for a channel that depends on enforcement activity rather than a sales calendar. The site therefore offers a subscription: you register to be notified when an auction is announced, which is the only sensible way to follow it.

What to check before you bid

Treat this as an alert to subscribe to rather than a catalogue to browse; checking it once and finding nothing tells you very little. When a sale does appear, the terms come from the enforcement procedure — the state sells what the debtor owned, in the condition it is in, with no warranty. Read the individual announcement for the viewing arrangements and the payment deadline, both of which tend to be short in tax enforcement. The site is in Dutch.
