Lots reaching the end of the process are flagged as ultimo esperimento di vendita, the final attempt to sell.

What to check before you bid

The minimum increment can exceed the base price, which means the real entry point is not the headline figure — read both before bidding. Italian judicial sales require registration with identity verification and a deposit lodged per procedure.
