Bulgarian public sales come from several directions — the revenue agency NAP, private enforcement agents (ЧСИ), state enforcement agents, insolvency trustees and liquidators, banks and private sellers — and this register gathers all of them. It is organised by who is selling, which is the right way round for a market where the procedure depends entirely on the seller.
What you can buy
- Property from enforcement and insolvency.
- Land, including agricultural.
- Vehicles.
- Machinery and business assets, up to whole facilities — the register has carried a reservoir in liquidation.
How the bidding works
The site is a notice register with a general list and a search, plus separate streams for ЧСИ sales and for trustee and liquidator sales. Alongside the listings it publishes practical guides — how to take part in a NAP auction, how to take part in a private bailiff's sale — a legal glossary and a directory of courts and NAP offices.
What to check before you bid
The two guides are worth reading before your first bid: a NAP tax sale and a ЧСИ enforcement sale run to different rules, different deposits and different timetables. The register also carries public procurement notices, so check you are in the sales section. Everything is in Bulgarian.
