This is the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice's single entry point for attachments and electronic public sales — the state's own answer to the fact that enforcement notices used to be scattered across individual bailiffs. It is two things at once: a register you can query to find out whether an asset is under attachment, and the platform where the resulting електронен публичен търг is actually run.

How the bidding works

The register services alongside them let you check whether a specific item or person has an attachment recorded against them, which is the reason the system exists.

What to check before you bid

The site is in Bulgarian and built for people who already know the procedure. Enforcement sales in Bulgaria run to statutory deadlines and require a deposit paid in advance of bidding; the terms are per-notice, not per-platform, so read the specific announcement rather than assuming a house rule. The register is also the tool to use before buying anything second-hand privately in Bulgaria — an attachment follows the asset, not the seller.
