Przetargi AMW

Przetargi AMW is an independently run listing site that gathers on one page the movable-property tender lots published by Agencja Mienia Wojskowego (AMW), the Polish state agency that disposes of surplus Ministry of National Defence property. It is not the agency's own service: it publishes no company details, address or contact form, and the footer credits only "Made by Robert". Each lot links through to the matching official announcement on amw.com.pl, quoting its position number. When checked it carried 412 open lots across four AMW regional branches - Bydgoszcz (179), Olsztyn (76), Poznan (64) and Warsaw (93).

What you can buy

• Military and utility vehicles: Honker 2000 and 2324 high-mobility trucks, Daewoo-Honker and IVECO 40E12WM four-stretcher ambulances, STAR 200/244/266 and JELCZ trucks, fuel tankers on STAR chassis, Autosan, Solbus and Iveco Daily buses, Ford Transit minibuses and Opel Vectra cars, built between 1978 and 2008 and listed with VIN and build year at roughly PLN 1,200-33,000.
• Field and medical kit: patient simulators, dental units, defibrillators, vacuum splints, spine boards, video laryngoscopes, artillery compasses, field catering gear.
• Uniform stock: boots, dress shoes, khaki shirts, guard uniform sets, insignia and shoulder tabs, sold in bulk packages of tens to thousands of pieces.
• Workshop and IT hardware: torque wrenches, pressure washers, drill drivers, battery chargers, plus packages of desktops, laptops, monitors and printers with storage media removed.
• Scrap and waste streams: ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, copper, bronze and brass, aluminium, used tyres, wooden pallets and WEEE, each carrying its EU waste code and a low unit price against a bulk quantity.

How the bidding works

You do not bid here. The site has no accounts and no login; it shows lot name, branch, the tender opening date and time, quantity, serial number, build year and the opening price, then hands you to AMW. The sales themselves are written public tenders: a sealed offer on the agency's own form, delivered to the branch by a stated morning deadline that appears in the announcement rather than on this site, and opened the same day at the hour shown on the card - 11:00 in Olsztyn, 12:00 in Bydgoszcz and Warsaw, 13:00 in Poznan. A wadium of 10% of the opening price of each chosen lot must reach the AMW bank account before that deadline. Private individuals and companies may both bid on ordinary lots; waste lots are open only to businesses, which must show waste-handling permits and a BDO registry entry. Viewing days are set a week or two ahead, and collection deadlines fall roughly two months after opening.

What to check before you bid

The site prints bare figures with no net-or-gross label; the announcements give the prices as net, so Polish VAT comes on top. The site is Polish-only with no translation, and the offer form and declarations you must file are Polish documents. Goods sit in military units and depots spread over several voivodeships, not at the branch address shown on the card, so the announcement decides where you actually collect and you arrange transport. Vehicles are often decades old, with a large share of 1970s and 1980s STAR trucks, and the site carries no condition or registration data at all. The wadium goes by bank transfer to a Polish BGK account, so allow time for a cross-border payment and quote the exact tender reference.
