Subastas Trademat

Trademat runs auctions of what it calls bienes singulares — the individually significant assets that come out of Spanish insolvency and enforcement estates, rather than bulk lots. The catalogue at any time is small and specific: a garage-store in the Balearics, a pair of Krone curtainside semitrailers in Alicante. The platform emphasises certified products and sellers, which in the Spanish market is a claim about traceable provenance of the estate rather than a warranty on the goods.
What you can buy
- Property: garages, storage units, premises and homes from insolvency estates.
- Commercial vehicles: semitrailers, trucks and transport equipment, often as individually referenced lots from a single estate.
- Machinery and equipment: plant from the same sources.
- Direct sale: a parallel venta directa channel alongside the auctions.
How the bidding works
Registration is required before bidding, and each lot shows the current highest bid and a countdown. Lots from the same estate are numbered in sequence — the trailer lots carry references from one exit process — so it is worth checking whether the item you want is part of a group being sold together or separately.
What to check before you bid
The catalogue is small, so treat this as a source to check against a specific requirement rather than a place to browse. On Spanish property, the encumbrance position is the purchase: request the nota simple and establish whether the unit is occupied before bidding. On the vehicle side, confirm the documentation status of each unit — a semitrailer sold out of an insolvency may be missing paperwork that takes months to reconstruct, and that is not visible in the listing photographs.
