Subhastes.ad exists because Andorran auction notices are scattered: some appear in the official gazette (BOPA), some come from notaries, some from the comuns — the parish administrations — and some from private sellers. The site collects them into one list with filters for parish, asset type and origin. It describes its own job plainly: organising data that is traditionally spread across multiple official sources.

What you can buy

How the bidding works

The site is an index, not a bidding floor. Each entry carries a countdown, the auction round, the venue and the officer running it, then links through to the original notice. Judicial lots are sold at the Batllia in Andorra la Vella exactly as the Cambra de Saigs publishes them; notarial and communal sales follow their own procedures. The filter marked Origen — Privades, Notarials, Judicials, Comuns, BOPA — is the one to learn, because it tells you which set of rules applies.

What to check before you bid

Because the portal aggregates, the authority is always the underlying notice, and that is where the deposit, the round and the charges on the property are stated. Listings are in Catalan. The site flags some lots as Preu elevat!, which is the aggregator's own commentary on the asking price rather than anything the seller has said.
