German tax enforcement is administered by the states, and Bavaria publishes its seizure sales here — the Bayerisches Landesamt für Steuern's own auction page, alongside its offices in Munich, Nuremberg and Zwiesel. It is a separate channel from federal surplus at VEBEG, from customs seizures at Zoll-Auktion, and from the equivalent pages run by other states such as North Rhine-Westphalia.

How the bidding works

This is an official notice page rather than a bidding platform: it publishes what is being auctioned and by which Bavarian tax office, and the notice itself carries the venue, the viewing arrangements and the conditions. German tax auctions are conducted by the office holding the goods.

What to check before you bid

Seized goods are sold as they stand and the state warrants nothing beyond what the notice says. Read the notice for the viewing time — it is usually short and often on the morning of the sale. The page is in German.
