Executari.com is where Romanian bailiffs, liquidators and banks publish what they are selling out of enforcement and insolvency. It is a listing portal rather than a bidding platform, and the volume tells you it is used: over seven hundred land parcels, four hundred houses, two hundred and fifty apartments and more than two hundred cars were listed at the time of checking.
What you can buy
- Land — the largest category by some distance.
- Houses, apartments and commercial space.
- Industrial halls, warehouses and production premises, including whole factories.
- Cars, goods vehicles and special-purpose vehicles.
- Business equipment — HoReCa fit-outs, production lines, medical and beauty equipment, commercial furniture.
- Stock, licences and patents.
How the bidding works
The portal splits into two halves. Bun imobil — real estate — is the paid channel used by liquidators and banks. Bun mobil is the free Bazar, where vehicles, electronics, furniture and machinery are posted at no cost. Each listing carries the contact for the professional running the sale, and the auction itself follows Romanian enforcement procedure at their office, not on this site.
What to check before you bid
Everything here points somewhere else: the notice is the advertisement, and the bailiff or liquidator named on it holds the terms, the deposit requirement and the sale date. Romanian forced sales run in successive rounds with the price stepping down, so ask which round a lot is in. The site is in Romanian.
