Each listing carries the contact for the professional running the sale, and the auction itself follows Romanian enforcement procedure at their office, not on this site.

What to check before you bid

Everything here points somewhere else: the notice is the advertisement, and the bailiff or liquidator named on it holds the terms, the deposit requirement and the sale date. Romanian forced sales run in successive rounds with the price stepping down, so ask which round a lot is in. The site is in Romanian.
