Romania publishes forced sales in a dozen different places, and Valorificări's whole reason for existing is that nobody wants to check a dozen places. It aggregates from sixteen official sources daily and groups them by who is selling, which turns out to be the most useful way to sort this market: each source has its own procedure and its own deadlines.
What you can buy
- Real estate and land from enforcement and insolvency.
- Vehicles, including repossessions from leasing companies.
- Machinery and equipment.
- Stock from company liquidations.
- Confiscated goods from the state seizure agency.
How the bidding works
The sources are the navigation. Judicial bailiffs run forced sales and public auctions; judicial liquidators handle insolvency and bankruptcy under UNPIR; ANAF sells assets from fiscal enforcement; ANABI disposes of goods confiscated by the state; banks list recovered assets from non-performing loans; leasing companies list repossessed vehicles and equipment; and there are private companies, state entities, notaries and individuals besides. Each source has its own page setting out the procedure, the deadlines and what is available by county. Searching is free and needs no account.
What to check before you bid
This is an index, so the authority is always the original notice at the source — the aggregator's summary is a pointer, not a contract. Sales themselves happen at the bailiff's or liquidator's office under Romanian procedure, with a deposit lodged in advance. The site is in Romanian and pushes an installable app; neither is required to search.
