ÚZSVM – Czech state property offers
Nabídka majetku is the disposal platform of ÚZSVM, the Czech Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs — the body that manages assets the Czech state owns and no longer needs. Everything the state disposes of by electronic auction, public auction, direct sale, lease or exchange is published here, which makes it the single official window onto Czech state property coming to market.
What you can buy
- State real estate: buildings, land and units released by ministries, agencies and regional offices.
- Vehicles and equipment: surplus fleet and office assets.
- Movable property: whatever the state currently holds and has approved for disposal.
How the bidding works
The platform separates electronic auctions — with tabs for announced, active, running, finished and cancelled sales — from other disposal routes: public auctions (veřejné dražby), straight sales, leases and tenancies, exchanges, loans and gift offers. Register and sign in to take part. ÚZSVM publishes its auction rules (aukční řád), a how-to-buy guide, user documentation and an FAQ, plus a newsletter for new offers. Separate streams exist for offers aimed at municipalities and regions and for offers between state institutions, so check you are looking at the public section.
What to check before you bid
State disposals follow administrative rules rather than commercial ones, and the aukční řád is the document that governs your bid — read it before your first auction rather than after. Because ÚZSVM disposes of what other bodies hand over, the stock is genuinely miscellaneous and can sit for a long time between offers; the newsletter is more practical than repeated visits. Property offered by the state can still carry access, planning or heritage constraints, so treat the listing as a starting point and check the land register. The platform is Czech-language.
