9 platforms · Germany
The German state sells its surplus through dedicated official platforms rather than commercial auctioneers, and each covers a different branch. Federal surplus, customs seizures, judicial sales and municipal fleets all have their own channel, with their own registration rules. The provenance is as clean as it gets — the seller is a public body and the paperwork is complete — but the terms are correspondingly rigid: no negotiation, sold as it stands, and payment and collection deadlines set by regulation. Several of these platforms exclude private buyers entirely.
Of the 9 platforms here, 3 accept private buyers, 3 are trade-only and for 3 we have not confirmed who may bid. We have confirmed the buyer's premium for 1 of 9.
